1. Apple’s Crisp

Ingredients: ¾ cup all-purpose flour, 1 cup sugar, ¼ cup light brown sugar, 1 tsp salt, 250 grams diced cold butter, 1 cup oats, 4-5 chopped Royal Gala Apples, 2 tbsp of fresh lemon juice, ½ tsp brown cinnamon powder

 

Cooking Steps: Take chopped apples and add lemon juice, cinnamon powder, and a cup of sugar to them. Mix the other left ingredients separately and also add 2 tsp of sugar to this mixture. Add the mixture on top of the apples and bake this in a baking tray for approximately 55 minutes. You can enjoy this dish by adding it on the top of the ice-cream.

 

2. Apple Butter

Ingredients: 4 chopped Gala apples, 1 ½ cup of apple cider vinegar, 2 cups of brown sugar, 1 tbsp brown cinnamon powder, 1 tsp cloves, 1 tsp salt, and 2 pinches of lemon zest

 

Cooking Steps: Mix all the ingredients and cook them well in a pan. Blend the ingredients in the pan and boil them for ½ minute more and then keep it aside to cool. Apple butter is ready and can be served with bread or pancakes.
