1. Pears juice ice cream
Ingredients: A pack of nicely chopped pear, 2 cup milk, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, salt for taste, and 2 tablespoons of dried fruits
Cooking steps: Add pear, juice in a mixer jar and blend it until it becomes smooth. Transfer it into the container, then add cinnamon, a pinch of salt and mix it. Keep it in a refrigerator for 7 hours until it becomes set. Then keep out a scoop of ice cream from the container into bowls. Hence, it’s now ready to serve and enjoy.
2. Pear juice
Ingredients: 4 chopped pear, 2 cucumbers chopped, water, and salt for taste
Cooking steps: In a mixer jar, add pear, cucumber, and water, blend it until it becomes smooth, then strain it into a glass and add some ice cube. Lastly, sprinkle some salt and serve it.
