Ingredients: 2 and 1/2 cups chilled coconut water, two tbsp rose syrup, one-fourth cup chopped tender coconut meat, and two drops kewda essence

 

Cooking steps: Take all the ingredients in a mixer and blend it smoothly and pour it into the glasses to serve. It’s ready.


2. Tender coconut ice-cream

Ingredients: ½ coconut milk, 1 ½ cup chopped raw coconut meat, 1 cup heavy whipping cream, condensed milk, ¾ fresh coconut water, and ⅛ tsp coconut extract (optional)

 

Cooking Steps: Firstly, add 1 cup of chopped coconut meat, coconut milk, and tender coconut water and blend it well. Refrigerate it for approximately 25 minutes, now bat the cream with a whisk until it forms firm peaks. Stir the condensed milk and add coconut to the ice cream base. Now put it in the freezer for about six to eight hours. Scoop it, and enjoy the ice cream.
