1. Apple Pancakes
Ingredients: 4 Peeled and blended regular apples, 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tbsp salted butter, 2 tbsp powdered sugar, ¾ cup lukewarm milk, and ½ tsp vanilla essence
Cooking Steps: Mix all-purpose flour, baking powder, salted butter, and powdered sugar together. Gradually add this mix to the mixture of blended apples, milk, and vanilla essence. Prepare a smooth mixture and cook this mixture on low flame in a pan. Cook this pancake from both the sides and a mouth-watering breakfast is ready to be served. Use honey or maple syrup on the top if you want to add some extra flavour.
2. Apple Jam
Ingredients: 8 regular apples (take 4 apples if you want half the quantity of jam), 750 grams sugar, 1 tsp citric acid, and 1/3 tsp of red food color
Cooking Steps: Cut apples into small pieces and boil them for 10 to 12 minutes. Mash the apples and strain a thick puree out of them and keep them on low flame. Add sugar and stir well. Add citric acid after a few minutes. Cook the mixture until it reaches a thick consistency like that of a jam and add red food colour to it. Let the jam cool for some time and store it in an airtight container. Keep it in the refrigerator and use it whenever required.
