1. Fried green chilli

Ingredients:  3 green chillies, oil, and salt

 

Cooking Steps: Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and fry the chillies until it turns to brown. Then place on an absorbent paper by sprinkling salt, and it’s now ready to serve with dishes.

 

2. Stuffed green chilli

Ingredients:  3 green chillies, oil, salt, flour, turmeric powder, red pepper, cumin powder, coriander powder and water

 

Cooking Steps: Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and pour flour, salt, turmeric powder, red pepper, cumin powder, and coriander powder. Then slit the chilli from middle, fill it with stuffing, and fry this stuffed chilli in another frying pan. Now it is ready to serve.
