Recipe

 

1. Stuffed Capsicum

Ingredients: Oil, 2–3 onions, 10–15 garlic cloves, 3–4 green chillies, 2 tomatoes, 4–5 boiled potatoes, cottage cheese, few black olives, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp red chilli sauce, a pinch of sugar, 1/2 tsp dried oregano, coriander leaves, salt as per taste, mozzarella, and 6–7 capsicum.

 

Cooking Steps: Finely chop all the vegetables except the capsicum and fry them in oil along with the other spices. Grate some mozzarella cheese in the cooked vegetables. Cut the capsicums into half and remove all the seeds. Fill the fried filling in these capsicum cups and sprinkle some mozzarella on top. Bake them at 180 degrees C for 14–15 minutes. Your tasty stuffed capsicum is ready to eat.

 

2. Capsicum Fry

Ingredients: 5–6 chopped capsicums, 2–3 chopped onion, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 3–4 curry leaves, 2 tsp of ginger and garlic paste, 1 tsp turmeric powder, red chilli powder according to taste, coconut powder, and salt.

 

Cooking steps: Take some oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, onion, and other ingredients to it, except coconut powder. Add capsicum to it and put a lid on it for 1 minute. Remove the cover and cook for some time. Once the vegetables are cooked, add coconut powder to it. Cook it for an extra minute and then serve it hot.
