1. Quick, Crispy Cauliflower

Ingredients: 1 medium size cauliflower, some topping according to your preference, salt, red chilli powder and oil


Cooking Steps:
Preheat the oven at 232-degree C and chop and toss the cauliflower with oil. Burn on the stove on medium heat to make it crispy. Add salt, red chilli powder as per your taste. Now roast it in the oven for about 15 minutes, and the crispy cauliflower is ready.

2. Broccoli- Cauliflower soup

Ingredients: 2 broccolis, 2 cauliflower florets, 2 cups baby spinach, ½ cup chopped onions, ½ cup milk,1/2 tsp salt, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, and 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley


Cooking Steps
: Boil broccoli and cauliflower together in a pan. After boiling, remove the cauliflower florets and keep it aside. Now add spinach to the pan and cook it for 2 minutes along with broccoli and cauliflower. Now blend the mixture properly and smoothly and add onions to it. Put the mixture to the pan and add milk and salt to it. Cook at high flame and stir it well. After 2 minutes, your soup is ready, and you can add cheese and parsley while serving.
