Overview
Broccoli belongs to a cabbage family whose head is deep green, the flower or tree structure has a light green colour stalk and is covered with large leaves that look like cauliflower and grow at the height of 60-90 cm long.

1. Broccoli soupIngredients: 5 large broccoli and cut it into large pieces, 1/2 cup boiled broccoli water, salt, and pepper to taste
Cooking steps: Take a pot and add water to boil into it. Then insert broccoli in it and cover-up for 10 min. After 10 min remove the broccoli from a spoon and transfer it into mixer jar; add water which was in the pot, then blend it. Accordingly, pour soup prepared into a bowl and sprinkle with salt and pepper to add flavour. Now it is ready to taste.
2. Fried broccoli
Ingredients: 1 cup broccoli, 1 tablespoon olive oil, ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, 1 pinch salt, to taste
Cooking steps: Heat the oil in a pan and add broccoli into it. Then add red pepper flakes for colour and toss it well. Fry until it becomes crispy for 5-7 min. Lastly, sprinkle some salt into it. Now it's ready to serve and eat.
