1. Crispy lady’s finger

Ingredients: 250 grams lady’s finger, 1/2 cup gram flour, 1 tsp rice flour, 1 tsp chilli powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp chat masala, 1/2 tsp carom seeds, salt, and oil.

 

Cooking steps: Cut the lady’s finger into half vertically after removing their edges. Remove the seeds within and mix all the ingredients except the oil. Let this mixture rest for 10-15 minutes. Deep fry them in oil. Your crispy lady’s finger is ready to serve.

 

2. Curd okra

Ingredients: 10 lady’s finger, 2-3 onions, garlic, ginger, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, chilli powder, curd, black mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chilli, salt, and garam masala.

 

Cooking steps: Cut the lady’s finger to medium size. Deep fry the lady’s finger and onions separately and keep them aside. Make a paste of fried onions. Take some oil in a pan and keep it on low flame. Add the rest of the ingredients except the curd. Cook it well and add curd and lady’s finger in it. After 1-2 minutes, turn off the stove and serve it hot with tortillas.
