Cabbage, scientifically known as Brassica Oleracea, belongs to family of mustrad. This crop is similar to some other vegetables like cauliflower and broccoli.
China is the leading country in the production of the crop. The cabbage is a smooth leafy green vegetable, which is also available in red colour known as red cabbage.

1. Cabbage Bread Pakoda
Ingredients: 2 cups chopped cabbage, 1 cup onion, 1 tbs ginger garlic paste, coriander, cumin seeds, and chilli powder, 8 to 10 slices bread – salt to taste, oil – for deep frying
Cooking Steps: Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl, deep fry till golden brown and serve with tomato ketchup.
2. Cabbage Salad
Ingredients: 1/2 cup chopped cabbage, 1/2 cup onions, pepper, lemon, salt to taste
