1. Cabbage Bread Pakoda  

Ingredients: 2 cups chopped cabbage, 1 cup onion, 1 tbs ginger garlic paste, coriander, cumin seeds, and chilli powder, 8 to 10 slices bread – salt to taste, oil – for deep frying


Cooking Steps: Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl, deep fry till golden brown and serve with tomato ketchup.


2. Cabbage Salad

Ingredients:  1/2 cup chopped cabbage, 1/2 cup onions, pepper, lemon, salt to taste                   


Cooking Steps: Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and serve. This is a perfect combination for chicken kababs.
