1. Methi ParathaIngredients: Wheat flour, garlic, green chilli or chilli powder, carrom seed powder, and garam masala powder, freshly chopped fenugreek leaves, oil or ghee for frying
Cooking Steps: Add all the ingredients together and knead it into a soft dough. Set the dough aside for at least 30 minutes. Make equal sized balls of dough and start rolling them as parathas, which are slightly thicker than regular rotis or chappathis (Indian bread). Cook them on a how tawa with little oil or ghee and serve hot with pickle or chutney.
2. Fenugreek Salad
Ingredients: Roasted fenugreek seeds, sprouts, tomato, onion, green chili, lemon juice, and salt for taste.
Cooking Steps: Finely chop the tomato and onion and add all ingredients and mix it in a bowl. Add some lemon juice and salt to taste. Now your salad is ready. Serve it on a plate.
