1. Sweet Potato Pancakes
Ingredients: 1 cup puree of sweet potato, 2 eggs, ½ cup milk, 2 tbsp maple syrup (Optional), 1 tsp vanilla extract, half cup whole wheat flour, ½ tsp baking powder, ½ Tsp cinnamon, and a pinch of salt
Cooking Steps: Mix all the ingredients well to form a paste. Brush the pan with oil and cook the paste in the form of pancakes. The delicious sweet potato pancakes are ready to get served.
2. Tornado Sweet Potato
Ingredient: Sweet potato, melted butter, ¾ cup vegetarian parmesan, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 Tsp cumin powder, 1 Tsp paprika, and 1 Tsp chilli powder
Cooking Steps: Poke holes in a sweet potato with a fork and microwave it for 2-3 minutes. Put a stick inside the microwaved sweet potato vertically and cut it in a spiral form. Brush it with butter. Mix all the spices and dust them thoroughly on sweet potatoes. Bake it at 200 degrees C for 50 minutes. Tornado Sweet potato is ready to be eaten.
